I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures. Please note: your account password is not same as Access Code. We provide the Access Code at time of photography.
Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

Email Policy
Email is sent when client images are available for online viewing, when web site is updated with special offers, and prior to images being removed from our system. Emails include an 'opt-out' feature. If for any reason you want to be removed from our system you can also reply with the word "remove" in the subject line. If you have created an account with us to view photographs online and 'opt-out' of receiving our emails, your account will be deleted from our online system.

How long does take for delivery?
Pictures are sent to the lab for printing only after payment has arrived. Please allow fourteen to twenty-one business days.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards though PayPal. We also accept U.S. Bank Check or Money Order sent by regular mail. Please note: any time payment by mail does not arrive within seven days our system automatically deletes the order.
